How these documents fit together
The User Agreement contains the terms for using Polymorph, including eligibility, permitted personal and business use, purchases, consumer rights, responsibility and disputes. This Statement supplements it with company, website and intellectual-property information. It does not create a second conflicting set of liability limits or override the Agreement, specific applicable purchase terms or mandatory law.
The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing, not a blanket consent or waiver. The Cookies & Browser Storage notice describes website, restricted-preview and payment-page storage. Publishing a revised document does not retroactively change a user's acceptance record.
Website information and service commitments
We aim to keep website information accurate and current. General descriptions are not personalised legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Pricing and feature descriptions should be read with the current plan and checkout disclosures; nothing here overrides binding descriptions, an agreed service commitment or mandatory remedies for inaccurate information or non-conforming services.
Polymorph uses end-to-end encryption for supported private communication and storage. No system can guarantee uninterrupted delivery or protect content after a compromised device or recipient exposes it. This is a realistic security limitation, not a disclaimer of our responsibility to provide the safeguards and service we promise.
Polymorph does not provide access to emergency numbers or emergency-service providers. Keep another means of contacting emergency services.
Eligibility and lawful use
The service is for people aged sixteen or older, or a higher minimum required by applicable law, as set out in the User Agreement. Accepting terms does not mean we have verified a person's age or collected a birth date. Ordinary lawful personal and business use is permitted. Unlawful, exploitative and abusive conduct is prohibited.
Ownership and third-party rights
You retain ownership of your content. Polymorph's software, branding and original website material belong to Polymorph or their respective licensors. User Content, third-party material and open-source components are not absorbed into company ownership. The app includes third-party licence notices; those licences and applicable statutory rights continue to apply.
Do not use our name or marks to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission. Links and integrations do not transfer ownership of another provider's content or replace its terms. They also do not remove Polymorph's own statutory or contractual duties. Consult the Privacy Policy before using features that contact third parties.
Questions, complaints and changes
Email info@polymorph.pm for general questions, privacy requests or complaints. You can contact us without creating an account. Never send private account keys or recovery secrets. We do not require an app-account email address merely because we maintain a support inbox.
The User Agreement governs relevant dispute and notice arrangements, subject to applicable law. Consumer remedies and access to competent regulators, courts and applicable ADR bodies remain available. We do not direct complaints to the discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or claim participation in an unverified dispute scheme.
We identify changes by version and date. Material contractual changes follow the Agreement's notice and acceptance provisions rather than taking effect solely because this page is edited.
