Questions
Are group calls free?
Yes. Voice and video calls with one person or a whole group are part of Free. Only voice rooms in a Space need Premium.
Does everyone in a Space need Premium?
Yes, each member has their own Premium.
What happens to my files if Premium ends?
Nothing changes for 14 days. After that your storage limit is the free 2 GB. If you store more, new uploads pause, and your newest 2 GB (or the files you choose in Files) stay backed up. The rest is no longer backed up in the cloud.
Will you delete my files?
Only what is over the limit, and only from the cloud. As soon as one of your devices has such a file, its cloud copy is removed and the file stays on that device. Use "Download all to this device" in the app to keep everything. What is still only in the cloud 6 months later is deleted. We remind you in the app and by notification when this starts, monthly, and 30 and 7 days before, with the date.
Renew Premium before that date and everything still in the cloud is backed up normally again. Space files are not affected.
Does this affect the people I chat with?
Chat attachments you sent count toward your storage. When one over the limit leaves the cloud, people who have not downloaded it yet can no longer get it; copies already on their devices stay.
Can I switch between Premium plans?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades between Premium plans are prorated for the rest of the billing month.
Can I use Polymorph as cloud storage?
Yes. Personal Files works on its own as encrypted cloud storage: upload any file, sort it into folders, keep files available offline and restore deleted ones for 30 days. Files are end-to-end encrypted on your device before they upload, so we can't see them. Free includes 2 GB; Premium goes up to 2 TB.
Is Premium more private?
No. Both plans use the same end-to-end encryption, with no ads and no tracking. Premium adds Spaces and room.
Where can I buy Premium?
In the 82 countries below, where Link, our payment partner, handles sales tax. You choose your country at checkout; we don't look it up from your connection or device. Free works the same everywhere.

Who sells Premium, and who do I contact about a payment?
Premium is sold through Link. Link (a Stripe company) handles the payment as merchant of record: checkout says "Sold through Link", your receipt comes from Link and your bank statement shows LINK.COM* POLYMORPH.

How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or Bancontact (renewals by SEPA Direct Debit). Prices are in euros and include tax. Stripe may show and charge the equivalent in your local currency.
If accounts don't need a name or number, how does paying work?
Your Polymorph account and your billing details are kept apart. Link and Stripe handle payment and the subscription; Polymorph only learns which plan applies to your account. You can manage or cancel at link.com or on pay.polymorph.pm, even if you lose access to your account.
How is Polymorph funded?
Through Premium subscriptions. We don't show ads or sell data.
